Tuve unos d\u00edas de sangrado ligero, lo suficiente como para pensar que era la menstruaci\u00f3n que empezaba lentamente, pero se detuvo bastante r\u00e1pido. No le di mucha importancia hasta que, una o dos semanas m\u00e1s tarde, no me vino la regla&#8230; y entonces me di cuenta:    <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podr\u00eda haber sido una hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Me hice una prueba de embarazo y dio positivo. En un ciclo menstrual t\u00edpico de 28 d\u00edas, la ovulaci\u00f3n suele producirse en torno al d\u00eda 14, y la implantaci\u00f3n puede ocurrir entre los d\u00edas 20 y 26, aproximadamente una semana antes del inicio del periodo. Si tienes un verdadero flujo, es probable que se trate de tu menstruaci\u00f3n normal. <\/span><\/p><h2><b>\u00bfLa implantaci\u00f3n puede provocar calambres?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La implantaci\u00f3n puede causar ligeros calambres o una sensaci\u00f3n de punzada, pero no todas las personas con hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n sentir\u00e1n esto. Si tienes calambres intensos, aseg\u00farate de consultar a un m\u00e9dico, ya que podr\u00eda ser un signo de <\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/thealphacenter.org\/es\/embarazo-ectopico-lo-que-debes-saber\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">embarazo ect\u00f3pico<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>\u00bfLa hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n es un signo de embarazo?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ed, la hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n es un s\u00edntoma de embarazo. Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo alrededor del 25% de las mujeres experimentan hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n, y su ausencia no significa que no est\u00e9s embarazada o que el embarazo no sea viable.   <\/span><\/p><h3><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se confirma la implantaci\u00f3n?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La \u00fanica forma de saber que el embri\u00f3n est\u00e1 implantado es tener un<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/thealphacenter.org\/es\/servicios-para-embarazadas\/pruebas-de-embarazo\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prueba de embarazo positiva<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s precisas despu\u00e9s de que te falte la menstruaci\u00f3n. No existen pruebas que te indiquen si el manchado que est\u00e1s experimentando es o no una hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p><h2><b>\u00bfDebo ponerme en contacto con un m\u00e9dico si experimento una hemorragia por implantaci\u00f3n?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si sospechas que est\u00e1s embarazada y experimentas una hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n, generalmente no es motivo de preocupaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, si tienes una hemorragia intensa, dolor intenso u otros s\u00edntomas inusuales, debes ponerte en contacto con tu m\u00e9dico o acudir al servicio de urgencias m\u00e1s cercano para ver si es necesario que te hagan un examen o te presten m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan la Asociaci\u00f3n Americana del Embarazo, al menos el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/americanpregnancy.org\/pregnancy-symptoms\/what-is-implantation-bleeding\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50% de las mujeres<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  que experimentan hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n un embarazo sano. Es importante tener en cuenta que   <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/books\/NBK560521\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 10-20% de los embarazos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> los embarazos reconocidos cl\u00ednicamente provocar\u00e1n la p\u00e9rdida del embarazo. <\/span> <\/p><h3><b>Si no experimento hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n, \u00bfpasa algo?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que tengas o no hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n no influye en la viabilidad de tu embarazo. &#8211; Como es muy f\u00e1cil que pase desapercibido, tambi\u00e9n es posible tenerlo y no darse cuenta. <\/span><\/p><h2><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los otros signos de embarazo precoz?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La hemorragia de implantaci\u00f3n es un s\u00edntoma de embarazo frecuente, pero no garantizado.
